Am I already your favorite tree?

Where will it be planted?

We plant lime trees in Guatemala, in the Petén region. Local farming communities cultivate lime trees on land at risk of desertification. Setting up agroforestry planting projects ‒ and not monocultures ‒ the progressive regeneration of soil is ensured together with animal and plant biodiversity.
As a matter of fact, a stable agroforestry system requires fewer inputs, regenerates soil and biodiversity, and constantly produces diversified yields.

Why economic support?

Lime trees produce a lot of fruit. The farmers keep some of the fruit produced for personal consumption and sell the rest at the nearest market, at a price of about $ 0.25 per kilo.

Tracking and Transparency

All our planting activity is tracked and can be verified through CHLOE, our exclusive tracking system, which will allow you to follow your tree and monitor its growth.
