ABOUT US

Why zeroCO2?

1 Science

Our projects go against all simplifications. We adopt a regenerative agroforestry system, which restores soil fertility and safeguards biodiversity, by creating stable ecosystems. We constantly apply rigorous methods based on scientific data, together with our technical team.

2 Trasparency

We make sure that the positive environmental impact we generate with our projects is visible and easily accessible. Anyone can monitor the growth of the trees we plant around the world, thanks to the satellite technology our platform is equipped with.

3 Community

We believe environmental and social impact are two sides of the same coin. We donate trees to local farming families along with training on regenerative agriculture, so that the new forests become a sustainable, reliable source of income and food security for those who take care of them.

4 Collectivity

Our projects are born from the bottom up. Local communities are custodians of the knowledge and future of their land, which is why we work with them four-handedly to design interventions tailored to the real needs of their territory and to the goals of the people who live there.
