Organise events and team building

Sustainability means teamwork.

Organise a sustainable team building experience for your company and engage your employees in training or eco-friendly activities surrounded by nature.

FOR YOU

Create a green experience with high business impact.

Can you imagine something better than having a strong, united team, bringing impactful results? Not only for the business, but also for the environment and society. The events and team building experiences we organize bring your employees closer to nature thanks to some of the most virtuous social realities existing in Italy. By choosing one of our green events, you will actively promote sustainable agriculture models while managing to make a difference to fight the climate crisis. Through physical or digital events, training sessions or outdoor activities, we are able to engage your people and help your company build its positioning.
Got any special needs? We can tailor a sustainable event or team building session based on what you are looking for.

Let’s create the green event your company needs.

We start by collecting your ideas and needs, then look for the right key to organize a sustainable and engaging corporate event for your employees.

Eco-sustainability is a key lever for employee engagement while creating strong team bonds over something as serious as saving our planet. The sustainable team-building experiences and eco-sustainability training we organize, aim at creating a spirit of cohesion and genuine interest, while aligning colleagues and teams around your corporate CSR strategy.

Let’s do something beautiful and useful, for your people and for the Earth.

The activities and experiences we organize are always defined hand in hand with local cooperatives that deeply know their territory.

A sustainable team-building experience is also a valuable opportunity to learn about some of your local and most virtuous social realities. Along with them, we define eco-sustainable activities completely immersed in nature, we provide genuinely local products, and create learning opportunities to bring a truly authentic and engaging experience for your people that can be useful for the territory at the same time.

Let’s show your teams a new path.

A sustainable journey is one to be made walking hand in hand.

A sustainable approach to team-building focuses on people’s values, while activating everyone to walk in the direction of your company’s values. With sustainable activities and projects, you can improve the sense of belonging while raising your employees’ awareness of the sustainability priorities dear to your company. You can create full consistency between people’s individual values and the overall values of an organization that wants to commit to a sustainable journey.

Eco-sustainability: let’s break it down.

We know: sustainability is not easy to grasp and it requires continuous study and sensitivity. Well… don’t you worry! We’re here to guide you through this.

We organize engaging experiences and workshops led by our experts on topics such as environmental sustainability, responsible office practices, and all those aspects of fighting climate change that can be included into your team’s training, in an easy way to understand. We incorporate these sessions within team building activities, or with dedicated sessions and workshops, live or online.

Let’s deep dive into nature.

We don’t like to sit on our hands, and we would suggest that you don’t do it either: our corporate events are often outdoors and very engaging!

We study activities that combine multiple aspects of corporate sustainability: we learn how to reduce CO2 and how to do green marketing in the right way, all while being out in nature!
We also organize virtual conferences and webinars on the topic of eco-sustainability and events with a focus on environmental impact. Some examples of what we can do: organize corporate forest plantings, create outdoor team activities such as hikes and nature walks, and do training, through workshops and live or online sessions on key sustainability and CSR issues.

FAQ

Any questions?

How do you tailor the events on the needs of my company?

You can choose the venue and activities. As a location, you can choose one of our partner social agricultural cooperatives. In addition to the plantation, you can also choose to include a training activity for an even more complete experience. Not only that, we can organise meals supplied by local farmers and offer you a range of tailored services including transfers, customised gadgets and media content – photos and videos – to tell your stakeholders about the event.

What kind of activities are included in a sustainable team building?

Our team building activities consist of experiences in direct contact with nature, where employees can literally ‘get their hands dirty’ to create a project that yields benefits long after the experience is over. Our main activity is tree planting in our partner agricultural cooperatives where employees participate first-hand in the creation of a corporate forest, but there are countless options to customise your event. These experiences are unique opportunities to dive into projects that benefit land and people.

Where do you hold your team building activities?

We organise team building on the premises of our partner agricultural cooperatives in all regions of Italy. Contact us to find out which is the closest to you and engage your employees in a unique experience focused on sustainability.

What are the benefits of opting for sustainable events and team building?

Sustainable events and team building offer a number of advantages over traditional initiatives, first and foremost because the events themselves have less impact on the environment. Employees gain new awareness of the synergies between the business world, the environment and local communities. Working as a team and ‘getting their hands dirty’ promotes a corporate culture based on communication and collaboration. Organising sustainable events help bring sustainability at the core of companies’ values.
